All our activities are run by volunteers, giving up their own time and energy to make the week special for everyone. Because of that, this schedule will always be subject to change right up to and during the festival. People's circumstances shift, and sometimes a session has to change time, change host, or be cancelled altogether. We'd rather be upfront about that now than let anyone down on the day.
